Within a few minutes of submitting the Booking Form you should receive an email confirming your submission. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Jodie Lee at jodie@rachelhore.com or 0415 885 335.

As Wintersong fills up very quickly, we need to process applications in a queue.

Your place/s at Wintersong will be confirmed by email after your deposit has been received.

If you are paying by EFT, your place will be kept in the queue until your deposit arrives.
